Dublin firm Continuous raises €1m in seed round

Seed investment to fuel EMEA expansion and strategic partnerships for AI-powered strategic portfolio planning platform.

Dublin tech firm Continuous Software has completed the first €1m phase of a €2.5m seed funding round.

The investment was led by Athens-based, publicly listed, Performance Technologies with participation from a group of investors including a major System Integrator and four Saudi Arabian businessmen.

“This funding validates our vision and the market demand for solutions that address the challenges of continuous planning and adaption in today’s dynamic business landscape”

It is envisaged the funding will accelerate Continuous Software’s EMEA expansion and fuel further product innovation.

Plan to succeed

Co-founded by Mark Dallimore and Levant Ozalp, Continuous Software is headquartered in Dublin with offices in Istanbul, London, Riyadh, and Toronto.

“This funding validates our vision and the market demand for solutions that address the challenges of continuous planning and adaption in today’s dynamic business landscape,” said Ozalp.

The company says it is revolutionising how businesses approach strategic portfolio planning. Its flagship product, Aangine, is an AI-powered platform that enables organisations to align teams, budgets, programs, and projects with strategic goals and objectives.

Its data-driven decision-making platform optimises resource allocation, and enhances collaboration across diverse work management approaches, including both traditional and agile methodologies.

“Aangine empowers organisations to adapt quickly and stay ahead of the competition. This investment will enable us to expand our reach, further develop our AI-powered capabilities, and deliver even greater value to our customers.”

With this new capital, Continuous Software plans to increase its workforce by 40% by the end of 2025, adding technical, support, and sales roles. The company will also build upon its existing partnerships with major technology players such as OpenText, Dell, and MongoDB.

“Our investment in Continuous Software reflects our strong belief in their innovative approach to strategic planning,” said Dimitrios Papantoniou, founder of Performance Technologies and managing director of Performance Technologies Cyprus.

“Aangine provides significant value to businesses seeking to enhance planning discipline and achieve better business outcomes. We are excited to support Continuous Software’s growth trajectory and market expansion.”
