Greystar brings 242 new private rental units to Dublin.

Bank of Ireland has supported Greystar in delivering a new private scheme at Brickfield Square, Drimnagh, Dublin.

Bank of Ireland is working with Greystar on the delivery of much needed private rental accommodation in Dublin.

The Bank recently supported Greystar’s acquisition of Brickfield Square, a 242-unit private rental scheme in Drimnagh, Dublin 12.

A constructive relationship

Claire Solon, managing director at Greystar said: “We deeply value the flexible and constructive relationship we have built with Bank of Ireland, and look forward to partnering with them on future strategic initiatives.”

Nikki Canavan, senior director at Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking added: “Brickfield Square is built to the highest standard and well located in an established residential location close to Dublin city centre.”
