Women in Leadership executive summit to bring together trailblazers

Inaugural Women in Leadership Executive Summit in January features a stellar lineup of keynote speakers and panelists, including Gail Muller, founder of The Unlost Collective, and Jo Fairley, co-founder of Green & Black’s.

The Women in Leadership Executive Summit, a one-day exclusive event designed to inspire, empower, and connect visionary leaders and industry trailblazers, is happening in January.

The event, organised by KELLA, which will take place at the Powerscourt Hotel & Spa on 28 January, will feature a dynamic agenda created to inspire, connect and empower accomplished women who are driving change in their industries.

“We believe that when powerful women connect, they create ripple effects throughout their organisations and beyond”

Inspiring keynote speakers, hands-on masterclasses, and curated networking opportunities will drive peer-to-peer connection and personal development.

It can be tough and lonely at the top

KELLA is a community platform designed exclusively for senior female leaders. Through the proprietary platform accomplished executives can connect with a curated global network of peers, access targeted executive education, and engage with practical tools that simplify their professional lives.

“When we looked at how we could ‘give back’ or support women in business it became clear very quickly that it was the women who had reached the top, the senior leaders, that actually were the least supported,” explained KELLA co-founder and CEO Hannah Wrixon.

“It became our mission to support, connect, and engage those women, to try to make their lives a little easier, and to inspire other women into those senior roles.

“We believe that when powerful women connect, they create ripple effects throughout their organisations and beyond.

“By building meaningful relationships with other accomplished leaders, women gain not just support and understanding, but also clarity about what’s possible in their careers. This isn’t just about networking – it’s about creating a new paradigm where senior female leaders can see their next horizon through the experiences of their peers.”
