Family-owned hotel group Address Collective plans to develop luxury 4-star hotel in Dublin 1.
As part of a deal with Bank of Ireland, The Address Collective has secured funding for the development of a new 79-bedroom, luxury upper scale four-star hotel that will be located at Capel Street, Dublin 1.
Established in 2018, by Brian and Ciara McGettigan, the family-owned hotel group operates five 4-star hotels under the Address Collective brand, two in Dublin, and one in each in Cork, Sligo and Glasgow.

The Address collective hotels have a combined room count of 633 and the group employs over 350 people.
Exciting new hotel development for Dublin
The new hotel on Capel Street offer a unique blend of modern amenities and local charm, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

The deal with Bank of Ireland involves the refinance of existing term loan facilities, along with funding provided towards the development of the new hotel on Capel Street.
