New York’s Clune Construction selects fast-growing Irish firm PepTalk’s employee engagement platform to help boost site safety.
Clune NY is using PepTalk as part of their Work Safe, Home Safe initiative, which ensures employee safety and protection.

Clune Construction employs 600 people in offices across the United States and manages more than $1bn in commercial and mission-critical projects every year.

According to research, managers impact employees’ mental health as much as a spouse or partner, and more than 80% of employees would rather have good mental health than a high-paying job. The impact on deskless workers can be even greater, with increased burnout and disengagement due to a lack of automation. High employee turnover is a KPI that deskless organizations often find hard to control.

The announcement was hosted in Clune’s NY office, and the guest of honour was An Tánaiste, Mr. Micheál Martin TD, Ireland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence.
