Strategic acquisition positions PwC as one of Ireland’s leading professional services practices dedicated to private business.
Accounting giant PwC has acquired boutique Irish tax practice Twomey Moran for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition forms part of both firms’ strategies to achieve exponential growth in private business services.

Twomey Moran is one of Ireland’s largest independent advisors on tax matters working with leading private businesses, families and high-net-worth individuals.
Growth potential
Twomey Moran’s Dave Moran and Paul Morris join PwC as Partners and, together with Twomey Moran’s co-founder and managing director, Kieran Twomey, they look forward to driving the combined business forward.
