Tines, creators of no-code automation for security teams – is focused on powering the world’s most important workflows.
“This new funding will allow us to pursue the full breadth of our ambitions,” stated Tines co-founder and CEO Eoin Hinchy as it emerged the Dublin tech business has raised a cool $50m in funding.
The $50m was raised in an oversubscribed Series B extension round from existing investors.

In 2022 Tines raised $55m in Series B funding from some of the biggest venture capital players in Silicon Valley. The rounds was led by Felicis alongside existing investors Accel, Blossom Capital, Addition and Lux Capital.
Keeping workflows flowing in the AI age
Tines is an enterprise automation platform designed to help security and ops teams automate manual workloads.
The business was founded in 2018 by Eoin Hinchy and Thomas Kinsella admittedly out of frustration with existing solutions in the market.
Tines is headquartered in Dublin and has offices in Boston and San Francisco.

“We’re most excited about the impact the funding will have on these, and all of our customers, from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
“The additional funding allows us to double down on our investment in people, product, partnerships, community, and customers.
“We’ll continue to build innovative products that add value for our customers, whether that’s usability improvements, investments in scalability, or new AI-powered features. You’ll also see us grow and expand the team, from research and development to our already world-class enterprise support.”
Hinchy said that Tines now helps more tan 33,000 users automate tens of thousands of unique workflows. The business performs more than 40m daily automated actions on behalf of its customers.
He said that Tines is launching an early access period for two new AI-powered features centres on improving platform usability.
“The potential for AI in workflow automation is huge, but most of the products we’ve seen in this space have felt rushed and fragile. What we’ve been working on is fundamentally different. It’s grounded in solving real customer problems, and ensuring we have answers to customer concerns around privacy, security, and ease of use.”
