Family-owned construction firm Torca is working with Bank of Ireland to deliver on its vision for premium homes in Ireland.
Bank of Ireland has partnered with Torca Homes since 2022, most recently providing development finance on its scheme in in Castleconnell, Limerick which resulted in the delivery of 51 new family homes.
The new development in Clonmel will see the delivery of 122 residential units comprising 76 spacious family homes and 46 apartments.

The Bank said that in continuing its support for Torca Homes it demonstrates its ongoing commitment across Ireland for the development of sustainable, high-quality housing solutions, and this project represents a positive step in addressing the housing needs of the local community in Clonmel and beyond.
Building strong communities
The completed scheme will also comprise a creche, allowing future residents to integrate seamlessly into their new community.
Bank of Ireland said these new homes will not only provide much-needed accommodation but will also be built to a minimum BER A3 standard, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability for future residents.

Established in 2012, Torca Homes is a family-owned property development company operating from the Dublin area and active throughout Ireland. Their current development sites in planning and construction range in size from 10 up to 250 units.
